Hens are raised on pasture until 4 months of age, they are fattened for 2 weeks and processed. They are aged 5 days in cold air storage before being frozen. Price per pound: $9

Fattened Rooster (Coq)
In France, roosters are Caponized. We do not Caponize because we feel the procedure is not in the best interest of our birds. Our Fattened Roosters are on pasture until 6 months of age, they are fattened for 4 weeks and processed. This is one month less than the minimum processing age for capons and how we at NoCo Bresse accomodate for non-capons. They are aged 5 days in cold air storage before being frozen. Chicks and Hatching Eggs
Hatching eggs are $30 per dozen
Chicks (1-10 days old) are $8 each
6-8 week old Pullets - Straight Run - are $25 each
